let’s make giving a game…

GOD really does want to bless your life.  like a earthly father who loves his children, HE wants to bless your life.  but there’s one requirement for GOD’s blessing on your life.  it’s faith.  without faith it is impossible to please GOD, the bible says.  so HE wants to bless your life by faith. 

so HE says let’s make giving a game.  let’s see whose got the greatest gift giving ability.  you give to ME, I’ll give to you, you give to ME, I’ll give to you… it’s like sowing and reaping.  it’s like planting seeds.  giving is not a debt we owe, it’s a seed we sow.  HE says let’s just see who can out give the other. 

2 corinthians 9.6,8 (nlt),  remember this -- a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop.  but the one who plants generously will get a generous crop… and GOD will generously provide all you need.  then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.  HE said I’ll take care of your needs.  not only that, I’ll bless you more.  GOD wants to bless you.

GOD says if you want to live life as an adventure, obey immediately when you don’t understand it, and give generously even when you don’t have it.
