just two things…

most people have never made up their mind for what they want out of life and if you aim at nothing, you're going to hit it.  most people have this vague feeling of, “i just want to be happy.”  but they’ve never really sat down and figured out what is it that’s going to make me happy?  what does GOD want me to do with my life?  why am i here?  they’ve never written out their values.

here at the beginning of ‘13, get a block of time – a two or three hour period or more – set down, write down two things on a piece of paper:  “what do i value?”  write it down.  is it worth spending part of your life to figure out what’s important to you?  what do i value in life?  the second thing is “what do i want to change?”  you’ve got to believe you can change but first you’ve got to pinpoint what you want to change?  the bible says, you have not because you ask not.  you ask not because you’ve never thought about what you want to change.

so – what do i value?  what do i want to change?  put it down.  then make this your prayer list.  pin it up on a wall and review it every day and pray about it.  then watch GOD do miracles in your life. clarify what you really want.

just a thought from the front porch…
