accept
the grace of GOD. grow in the grace of
GOD. and then share the grace of GOD with other people. colossians 4.6 (niv), let your conversation be always full of grace.
paul is
saying here, “don’t demand perfection of
others.” when you realize that you have
been the recipient of grace, you need to be gracious to everybody else. don’t demand perfection of your spouse. don’t demand perfection of your
children. don’t demand perfection of
other church members. don’t demand
perfection of business associates.
the
fact is, we’re all in the same boat. we’re
all in need of forgiveness. we need it
desperately and GOD offers it to us. allow
yourself and other people to make mistakes.
